Email statement is incorrect: sends From header as message and no From header.
Need a number of new UI messages to handle cases when user tries to log in with an inactive plugin id as well as for registration with an existing, inactive plugin id.
Should not be able to create plugin ids that start with a dot.
The successful registration message should be clear that the plugin id can't be used until activated.
